Connecting a domain to your builder site
A drag-and-drop site still needs a proper domain to look credible — a name that's yours rather than a shared subdomain tacked onto a builder's brand. Search and register a new domain, or point one you already own, and it connects to your published site through the same dashboard where you're editing pages.
Once DNS is pointed, the free SSL certificate activates against that domain automatically, so the padlock appears without a separate certificate order or manual install. If you later add a mailbox on that domain through email hosting, it lives under the same login as the site itself.
