1. What we collect

When you buy or enquire about services we collect your name, email address, billing details and the content of support conversations. Our servers also log IP addresses and request data needed to operate and secure the platform.

2. How we use it

to provision and bill the services you buy;
to answer support requests;
to secure our network and prevent abuse;
to send service notices (renewals, maintenance, incidents).

We do not sell your personal data, and we only send marketing email you have opted into.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with processors needed to run the service: our billing platform, our infrastructure partners, domain registries (to register domains in your name) and payment providers. Each processes data under its own safeguards and our instructions.

4. WHOIS privacy

Domains registered with us include free WHOIS privacy where the registry supports it, keeping your personal contact details out of the public database.

5. Cookies

Essential cookies (for example, keeping your cart session in the billing system) are always on.
