Who we are

Acting as data controller for personal information gathered through this site is Bohzo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under Company No. 15031604, trading under the Hosting-Cheap name. Registered office: The Workspace Basildon, 7 High Pavement, Basildon, England, SS14 1EA.

1. What we collect

Buying a service from us, or asking about one, means we take your name, email address, billing details, and whatever is said in support conversations. Separately, our servers record IP addresses and request data, which we need to run the platform and keep it secure.

2. How we use it

• to set up and invoice the services you have bought;
• to answer support requests;
• to keep our network secure and stop abuse of it;
• to issue service notices covering renewals, maintenance and incidents.

Your personal data is never sold by us, and marketing email goes out only where you have opted in.

3. Who we share it with

Data goes only to the processors required to run the service. That means our billing platform, our infrastructure partners, the domain registries that register domains in your name, and the payment providers. Every one of them handles data under its own safeguards, and on our instructions.

4. WHOIS privacy

A domain registered through us comes with free WHOIS privacy wherever the registry allows it, which keeps your personal contact details off the public database.

5. Cookies

Essential cookies stay on at all times, one example being the cookie that holds your cart session in the billing system. Where you give consent, which the cookie banner asks for, we also run Google Analytics to see how the site gets used, plus Google Ads and Meta measurement cookies to tell us whether our advertising is working. Decline, and not one of those is set. Every cookie name, along with the full detail, is listed in our Cookie Policy.

6. Retention & your rights

Account and billing records are held while your account stays active, and afterwards for whatever period tax and legal obligations require. At any point you may request a copy of your personal data, a correction to it, or its deletion, by emailing info@hosting-cheap.com.
