Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing or using any service from Hosting Cheap (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Who you are contracting with

Hosting-Cheap is a trading name of Bohzo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under Company No. 15031604. Registered office: The Workspace Basildon, 7 High Pavement, Basildon, England, SS14 1EA.

2. Services & billing

Hosting, VPS and domain services are billed in USD through our billing system in advance of each service period. Hosting plans renew at the price shown at purchase; where a domain has a promotional first-year rate, its renewal price is displayed alongside before purchase. Invoices unpaid after the due date may result in suspension.

3. Money-back guarantee

Premium and business hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee covering hosting fees; reseller hosting includes a 7-day guarantee. Domain registrations, VPS and dedicated servers are activated immediately with upstream providers and are therefore non-refundable once provisioned.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use our services to:

• host or distribute malware, phishing pages or illegal content;
• send unsolicited bulk email (spam);
• attack, scan or disrupt other networks or systems;
• consume resources in a way that degrades service for others.

We may suspend or terminate services that violate this policy, with notice where practical.

5. Uptime & support

We target 99.9% network uptime. Where monthly uptime falls below the target due to faults within our control, you may request a pro-rated account credit. Support is provided 24/7 via tickets.

6. Your data & backups

We run daily backups as a courtesy, but you remain responsible for keeping your own copies of your content. We are not liable for data loss beyond restoring the most recent available backup.

7. Liability

Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the preceding three months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the client area at least 14 days before taking effect. Questions? Contact info@hosting-cheap.com.
