Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing or using any service from Hosting Cheap (“we”, “us”), you accept the terms set out here. Should you not accept them, please refrain from using our services.

Who you are contracting with

Hosting-Cheap is a trading name held by Bohzo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under Company No. 15031604. Registered office: The Workspace Basildon, 7 High Pavement, Basildon, England, SS14 1EA.

2. Services & billing

Billing for hosting, VPS and domain services is taken in USD through our billing system, ahead of each service period. A hosting plan renews at whatever price was shown when it was purchased. Where a domain carries a promotional first-year rate, the renewal price appears next to it before you buy. Invoices left unpaid past the due date may lead to suspension of the service.

3. Money-back guarantee

A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to premium and business hosting plans, and it covers hosting fees. Reseller hosting carries a 7-day guarantee instead. Domain registrations, VPS and dedicated servers go live with upstream providers straight away, which is why they cannot be refunded once provisioned.

4. Acceptable use

Our services must not be used to:

• host malware, distribute phishing pages, or carry any unlawful content;
• send unsolicited bulk email (spam);
• attack, probe or interfere with other networks and systems;
• use resources in a manner that worsens the service other customers receive.

Services breaching this policy may be suspended or terminated, with notice given where practical.

5. Uptime & support

Our target for network uptime is 99.9%. Should uptime that month fall short of the target because of faults inside our control, you may request a pro-rated credit to your account. Support runs 24/7 through the ticket system.

6. Your data & backups

Daily backups are run by us as a courtesy, though responsibility for keeping your own copies of your content stays with you. Our liability for data loss goes no further than restoring the most recent backup that is available.

7. Liability

Services come to you “as is”. So far as the law permits, our total liability on any claim is capped at the fees you paid for the affected service across the three months before the claim arose.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated by us. Any material change will be announced by email, or in the client area, no less than 14 days before it takes effect. Questions? Contact info@hosting-cheap.com.
