Refund Policy

1. Money-back guarantee

Shared, business, WordPress and WooCommerce hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee on the hosting fee. Reseller hosting includes a 7-day guarantee. If the service isn't right for you within that window, contact us for a refund of the hosting fee — no drawn-out process.

2. What isn't refundable

Some products are activated immediately with upstream providers and cannot be refunded once provisioned:

• Domain registrations, renewals and transfers;
• VPS and dedicated servers once provisioned;
• Any free domain included with a plan — its registration cost may be deducted from a hosting refund, since the domain remains yours;
• SSL certificates and other add-ons already issued.

3. Renewals

The money-back guarantee applies to new hosting purchases, not to renewals. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; we recommend cancelling before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next term.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@hosting-cheap.comor open a ticket from your client area with your account details and the service you'd like refunded. Eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method.

5. Chargebacks & abuse

Please contact us before raising a chargeback — we'll almost always sort it out faster directly. Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of abuse of the guarantee or breach of our Terms of Service.
