Status board

Global web hosting data center network

Under The Hood

Built to stay up, watched so it does

The platform sits in resilient datacentres with power, cooling and network routes all doubled up, so one failure does not drag your site down with it. Automated checks watch each core service without pause and raise a flag the moment something looks wrong.

  • Redundant power and cooling
  • Multiple upstream network paths
  • NVMe storage with backups
  • Automated health checks

Our Promise

A status page you can actually trust

Watched around the clock

Automated checks hit every core service, so trouble shows up quickly at any hour.

Redundant by design

Power, network paths and storage are all doubled, so one failed component does not stop the service.

Kept honest

What you read here is the real state of our services. We're not going to paper over an outage to look tidy.

Monitored

What we keep an eye on

Behind each green tick above sit these signals, and they're checked without pause rather than once a day.

  • Server and node health checks
  • Email delivery and queue depth
  • Control panel and login availability
  • Datacenter power and network links
  • DNS resolution and propagation
  • SSL certificate issuance
  • Automated backup jobs
  • Deployment and provisioning API
24/7 human web hosting support team

If Something's Off

Real people, ready when you need them

Plenty of problems are not platform-wide at all. Sometimes a DNS record is still propagating, sometimes a certificate wants a nudge. Whatever the cause, support can help you track it down and put it right, and they'll keep you posted while it happens.

  • 24/7 ticket and chat support
  • Engineers, not scripted bots
  • Clear updates while we work
  • Help pinpointing account issues

Hit A Snag?

Three quick steps to get unstuck

1

Check this page

Each core service appears here with the state it's in. Anything broken on our side shows up flagged on the board.

2

Check your control panel

Sign in and check whether the trouble is limited to one site, one mailbox or a DNS record you can put right in a click.

3

Contact support

No luck? Send us a ticket with the details, and our engineers will dig in and report back to you.

Peace Of Mind

Reliability isn't an add-on here

99.9% uptime target

Across every plan we sell, the build and the monitoring aim at a 99.9% uptime target.

Secured and backed up

Free SSL, protection at network level and routine backups keep your data safe and reachable.

Support that answers

Human support runs around the clock, so help is only ever a message away.

FAQ

Status page questions

What does "all systems operational" mean?

It means the core services, web hosting, VPS, email, the control panel and our network, are all running normally with no known issues at our end. Were one of them degraded or down, its row on this board would tell you so.

How often is this page updated?

Our team maintains the board, and it shows where the services actually stand. When we know about something affecting hosting, VPS, email, the control panel or the network, the relevant row here gets updated straight away.

This page says all is well, yet my site is down. What now?

Usually that points at something particular to your account rather than a platform-wide outage: a DNS change still working through, a certificate that has expired, a plugin conflict, or a resource limit you've run into. Have a look in your control panel first, then get hold of support and we'll help you pin it down.

Do you guarantee uptime?

The target is 99.9% uptime, and we build with redundant power, network and storage to hit it. If a covered outage touches your service, get in touch with support to go through your account and the terms of your plan.

How do I report an issue I don't see listed?

Message support with your domain, the service involved and a description of what you're seeing. Reports from customers help us confirm and act on problems fast, including ones our automated checks have missed so far.

Seeing something we're not?

Something playing up while this board still shows green? Tell us, and the team will get straight onto it.
