Email authentication: SPF, DKIM and DMARC
Owning you@yourdomain.com is only step one — inbox providers also check whether your domain is authorised to send mail before they trust it. SPF confirms which servers can send on your behalf, DKIM signs each message so it can't be tampered with in transit, and DMARC tells receiving servers what to do if a message fails those checks.
Without these DNS records in place, legitimate mail can land in a recipient's spam folder or get rejected outright, and it becomes far easier for someone to spoof your domain. Records are added through the same control panel used to manage mailboxes, and support can talk you through the exact values if you've never set them up before.
