The documents

Bohzo Ltd trades as Hosting-Cheap. Company No. 15031604, registered in England and Wales, registered office The Workspace Basildon, 7 High Pavement, Basildon, England, SS14 1EA. Everything sold and used through this site is governed by the documents below.

These pages are published in English only. The rest of the site is translated, but a liability cap or a statutory deadline that shifts meaning in translation is a real problem rather than a cosmetic one, so we would rather publish one accurate version than forty-two approximate ones.

  • Terms of Service

The contract itself: what you are buying, what we owe you, the uptime target, refunds, and how either side ends it.

  • Website Terms of Use and Disclaimer

Rules for this website rather than the hosting sold on it — permitted use, ownership, how binding a displayed price is, and what the guidance here is worth.

  • Privacy Policy

What personal data we hold about you, why, for how long, who else handles it, and the rights that come with it.

  • Cookie Policy

Which cookies this site sets, which are strictly necessary, which wait for your consent, and how to change your mind.

  • GDPR and Your Data Rights

The practical half of the privacy policy: which right applies, how to ask, how we check it is you, the one-month deadline, and the route to the ICO.

  • Data Security Statement

The Article 32 measures behind an account: encryption, who can see what, where data sits, how long it stays, and the 72-hour breach clock.

  • Data Processing Agreement

For customers whose sites hold other people's data: you are the controller, we are the processor — instructions, sub-processors, transfers, breaches and deletion, in plain terms.

  • Acceptable Use Policy

What may run here — barred material, what a shared plan can fairly give you, the patching that stays yours, and how enforcement escalates.

  • Anti-Spam Policy

What consent has to look like, why bought lists are refused outright, sending limits on shared plans, and what happens when spam leaves an account.

  • Copyright and Takedown Policy

How a rights holder reports infringing material, what makes a notice actionable, the reply the customer gets, and where repeat infringement ends.

  • Service Level Agreement

The 99.9% figure turned into minutes, exclusions, a credit table and a 30-day window to claim.

  • Refund Policy

The money-back window by product, what sits outside it, and how a refund finds its way back to you.

  • Complaints Procedure

Three stages, each with a stated deadline, ending in a final written answer — and the independent routes open to you after that.

  • Accessibility Statement

The standard we build to, what meets it today, the limitations we measured rather than hid, and how to tell us something blocks you.

  • Modern Slavery Statement

Published voluntarily, below the statutory threshold: the company, the short supply chain, an honest read on the risk, and how to raise a concern.

  • Reporting Abuse

How to report phishing, spam, malware or infringement on anything hosted here, and what happens once the report arrives.
