Bohzo Ltd trades as Hosting-Cheap. Company No. 15031604, registered in England and Wales, registered office The Workspace Basildon, 7 High Pavement, Basildon, England, SS14 1EA. Whatever gets sold or used through this site falls under the documents set out below here.

English is the only language these pages appear in. Translation covers the rest of the site, but a liability cap or a statutory deadline whose meaning slips in translation causes real trouble rather than cosmetic trouble, so one accurate version beats forty-two rough ones as far as we are concerned.

• Terms of Service

  The contract proper, covering your purchase, our obligations to you, the uptime target, refunds, and the way either party brings it to an end.

• Website Terms of Use and Disclaimer

  Rules covering the website itself, not the hosting it sells: what use is permitted, who owns what, how far a price on screen binds us, and the weight to give any guidance written here.

• Privacy Policy

  Which personal data about you gets held, the reason, the duration, everyone else who touches it, and the rights that attach to all of it.

• Cookie Policy

  The cookies this site drops, the ones that count as strictly necessary, the ones held back until you consent, and where to change your mind.

• GDPR and Your Data Rights

  The working half of the privacy policy: picking the right that fits, making the request, the identity check we run, that one-month deadline, and the road to the ICO.

• Data Security Statement

  Article 32 measures standing behind an account: encryption, permissions on who sees what, the location of the data, retention, and that 72-hour breach clock.

• Data Processing Agreement

  For a customer whose site holds data about other people: the controller role is yours, the processor role is ours, with instructions, sub-processors, transfers, breaches and deletion all set out plainly.

• Acceptable Use Policy

  What is allowed to run here: the material barred outright, the fair share a shared plan hands you, the patching left with you, and the steps enforcement climbs through.

• Anti-Spam Policy

  The shape consent must take, the flat refusal that meets a bought list, sending caps on shared plans, and the response when spam heads out of an account.

• Copyright and Takedown Policy

  The way a rights holder flags infringing material, the ingredients that make a notice actionable, the answer sent to the customer, and where repeated infringement finishes.

• Service Level Agreement

  That 99.9% figure converted into minutes, plus exclusions, a table of credits, and a 30-day window for claiming.

• Refund Policy

  How long the money-back window runs on each product, what falls outside it, and the route a refund takes back to you.

• Complaints Procedure

  Three stages, every one carrying a stated deadline, finishing with a written final answer, then the independent routes that stay open to you afterwards.

• Accessibility Statement

  Which standard the build aims at, which parts clear it now, the shortfalls we measured openly instead of burying, and how to say when something has blocked you.

• Modern Slavery Statement

  Put out by choice, under the statutory threshold: what the firm does, its short chain of suppliers, a frank look at where risk lies, and how a concern gets reported.

• Reporting Abuse

  Reporting phishing, spam, malware or infringement found on anything we host, and the process that starts once your report lands.
